Partners across Lancashire and South Cumbria are working together on a number of programmes across our system. These include national programmes of work and priorities which have been agreed as a system based upon the specific needs of our population.

Developing Integrated Care

Over the last few years we have already made great progress in improving the way our services work together and how we work as a partnership across Lancashire and South Cumbria. To explain the way we are developing more integrated care, we have produced some documents to summarise what we're doing and how. We have also gathered some stories to show how we are already joining up health and care services and highlight the benefits of this way of working.
