Cumbria County Council was recently allocated some funding from Central Government to support communities to get back on their feet and to support measures for them to re-start their events and activities in a safe, COVID secure way.  We hope that by supporting our local community groups to safely and confidently run their activities, it will go a long way in helping to tackle social isolation and improve health & wellbeing, which has been exacerbated by the pandemic.
