The Integrated Care Communities ran regular Farmers Health clinics at local auction marts across Lancashire and South Cumbria.
-
In emergency care, BHCP achieved a 50% reduction in patients medically fit for discharge waiting in acute hospital beds, releasing 50 beds cross-bay.
-
We implemented a new cancer pathway aimed at speeding up cancer diagnosis and treatment.
