Our Health Our Care survey launched

Working with senior clinicians from health and social care and supported by the public, the OHOC programme is currently developing ideas for what services across Chorley, South Ribble and Preston may look like in the future. We want as many people as possible to understand OHOC and get involved, sharing experiences of health and care services and helping us develop the programme as we move forward.

This short survey has been developed to help us understand how much you know about these possible changes, the reasons for why these changes are required and gather your views on how you would like to be kept up-to-date and involved in future as options for change are considered.
