A healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria

Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria is a partnership of organisations with a shared vision for health and care across our region. Originally this partnership was know as the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership, it is now known as the integrated care system. 

This video describes some of the shared challenges across Lancashire and south Cumbria and describes why organisations are working together to tackle them.
