Oncology project

- Consistent organisation and delivery of Oncology services determined through a Service Level Agreement
- Operational Model for MDT working which supports patient management and efficiently utilises the oncology workforce
- An agreed radiotherapy service model which reflects and complies with national guidance
Urology surgical single site project
Project Lead: Dr Damian Riley
- Deliver against a five year roadmap agreed with specialised commissioning to Identify and plan the transfer of services to a single site for urological cancer surgery surgical site
- Lancashire & South Cumbria MDT Plan including; protocolised treatment pathways, agreed MDT Membership and regular audit of patients who have died within 30 days of active treatment
